TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAINA GARNER COACHING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY PLAN, OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF RAINA GARNER COACHING LLC, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raina Garner Coaching LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your health decisions, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
13. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
