Break the

People-Pleasing Cycle

You already know how to help everyone else. This is where you learn to stop paying for it with yourself.

THE PATTERN

Sound Familiar?

(it's ok, I was once there too)

  • You give until there's nothing left, tell yourself it's fine, and go right back to giving again.
  • Maybe you know the shape of it already.

  • You say yes when your body says no.

  • You feel resentment building toward someone you love, and then feel guilty for the resentment.

  • You collapse for a day, find a way to feel okay about it, and by Monday you're right back where you started.

It's not that you're weak. It's that you've never actually caught the pattern while it's happening, only after, when you're already exhausted and wondering how you got here again.

UNDERNEATH

Here's what most people miss

The problem isn't that you care too much.

It's that somewhere along the way, you learned:

  • Rest has to be earned
  • Saying no makes you selfish
  • Your worth is measured by how much you give before you break

That belief doesn't go away on its own. It just keeps running the loop:

Over-give → resent it → collapse → talk yourself into feeling fine → over-give again.

Every time you go through that cycle without interrupting it, it gets a little more automatic. A little harder to notice. A little more like "just who you are."

It isn't who you are. It's a pattern. And patterns can be interrupted.

INTRODUCING

Break the People-Pleasing Cycle

A two-part workbook and video course built to help you catch the loop while you're still in it, not just recognize it in hindsight.

Inside, you'll get:

MODULE 1

The Depletion Cycle Workbook + Video

  • Map your own version of the over-give/collapse loop
  • Identify exactly where you get pulled back in
  • Learn what it actually looks like to stop before you crash instead of after
MODULE 2

Unlocking Growth Workbook + Video

With your credit in good shape, the next step is to build a sizable nest egg you can rely on. In this lesson, you’ll learn:

  • Work through the real fear underneath every boundary you've avoided setting: that you'll be the one blamed for someone else's upset.
  • Learn to act through the fear instead of waiting for it to disappear first.

Before I ever helped women stop abandoning themselves for everyone else, I had to recognize how often I was doing it too.

I know what it’s like to lose yourself while trying to be everything for everyone.

I grew up as a deeply sensitive child in a world that didn’t quite know what to do with that. Early on, I learned to read the room, anticipate what others needed, and become the version of me that felt easiest to love. It looked like kindness and capability from the outside, but inside, it was teaching me to leave myself behind.

By my teens and early adulthood, I was carrying more than anyone realized.

I looked composed. Capable. In control.

But beneath the surface, anxiety and depression were quietly taking over.

I became very good at being the “good girl.”

So good, in fact, that even I forgot who I was underneath the expectations.

Trying to hold it all together eventually cost me my mental health. And while that chapter of my life was painful, it also became the beginning of something honest. It forced me to stop performing, pleasing, and proving, and finally start listening.

Not to everyone else.

But to myself.

To the version of me who had always been there, before the world taught me that being loved meant being agreeable, useful, and easy.
