I created this hybrid course because I know how exhausting it is to spend years being the capable one, the dependable one, the one who holds everything together while slowly losing touch with yourself.
I’ve lived the cycle of over-giving, self-pressure, and managing my emotions so I wouldn’t disappoint anyone. From the outside, my life looked successful. On the inside, I was tired, disconnected, and running on empty without fully understanding why.
Over the last 15+ years, both personally and professionally, I’ve guided women through this exact pattern using Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), and values-based boundary work. I’m a certified IFS Practitioner, ICF-certified coach, and ELI Master Practitioner, and I’ve watched again and again what becomes possible when women finally understand what’s been driving their exhaustion.
Learning how to step out of survival mode changed everything for me. When I understood my own patterns and learned how to set limits that aligned with my values, I didn’t just feel better. I felt calmer, clearer, and more grounded in myself. I trusted my decisions. I stopped abandoning myself to keep everything else working.
