January 22–24, 2027 · Colorado foothills · 10 women
A weekend where nobody needs anything from you.
Waitlist members get the application November 4, two days before anyone else, plus the founding rate: $1,195 (full price $1,397).
You are very good at making life work.
You remember the dentist appointments, the birthday gifts, and the thing your boss mentioned once in passing. You read the room before you walk into it. People call you the capable one, and they're right.
When did you stop asking whether it feels like you?
Somewhere between the calendar and the group chat, your own answer got very quiet.
You can be grateful and still crave something deeper.
You can be successful and still feel a little lost.
You can love your life and still wonder… is this all there is?
The cost of always holding it together
Over time, it adds up.
You adapt to keep the peace.
You say "no worries!" and then lie awake worrying.
You rehearse the text before you send it, then rehearse their reply.
You over-function until you’re depleted.
You're exhausted, but rest feels like one more thing you have to earn.
You became incredibly good at being who the moment requires.
But who are you when nothing is required or expected of you?
Maybe you've caught glimpses of her
The version of you who feels clear. Present. Funny. Creative. Certain enough to say what she thinks.
Maybe you met her on vacation. On a hike. Dancing in your kitchen. Right after you finally made a hard decision.
Then life got loud again, and you wondered whether she was ever really you.
She was.
This retreat isn't about fixing you. It's about making enough room to hear the parts of you that have been quiet for too long.
When women leave my Moon Circles, what I hear most is some version of "I didn't realize how much I needed space just for me." This weekend gives you two full days of that space.
Two nights in the Colorado foothills.
Ten women.
Room to breathe.
Someone else has chosen the food.
Made the beds.
Set the music.
Thought about the lighting.
Planned the pace.
And intentionally left room in the schedule for you to do nothing.
You will not be asked to make it nice for anyone.
You don't need to be interesting, insightful, helpful, easygoing, or “good at retreats.”
You get to be here.
That is enough.
WHO'S HOLDING THE ROOM
Hello, I'm Raina.
IFS Practitioner | ICF Professional Certified Coach | Energy Leadership Master Practitioner
For years, I’ve worked one-on-one with women who are brilliant at holding everything together and quietly leaving themselves out of it. I also host the She Rises Moon Circles here in Denver.
And I know how easy it is to become the woman everyone can count on while losing touch with what you need.
I grew up as a deeply sensitive child who learned to read the room, anticipate other people’s needs, and be whoever felt easiest to love. That pattern followed me into adulthood. I looked capable and composed, even when anxiety and depression were taking up more of my life than anyone realized.
I was so practiced at being the “good girl” that I struggled to know what I wanted outside of what everyone else expected.
Eventually, holding it all together cost too much. I had to begin listening to myself with the same care I’d always given everyone else.
That experience shapes how I hold space for women today. You don’t have to arrive feeling calm, know exactly what you need, or worry about being easy to be around. There’s room for you as you are.
This is my first retreat, and I’m keeping it to ten women on purpose. I want to have the time and attention to be with each of you, and for you to feel comfortable enough to let yourself receive some of the care you’re so used to giving.
What women say about the circles I hold
87+ women have sat in She Rises circles this year
“I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I was there. I could finally slow down, get out of my head, and get some clarity.”
- Vanessa, She Rises Moon Circle
“Raina holds such a grounded space for women. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself than I had in a long time.”
- Kelsey, She Rises Moon Circle
“I came feeling so heavy. During the meditation I met the younger part of me who gets left behind when I do everything for everyone else and something really shifted for me.”
- Emily, She Rises Moon Circle
The whitespace is part of the retreat.
Long meals.
Slow mornings.
A genuinely free Saturday afternoon.
Time to walk, nap, journal, read, talk, stare out a window, or do absolutely nothing.
There will not be an assignment hiding inside your free time.
Because maybe what you need isn't another insight.
Maybe you need a few hours where nobody needs anything from you.
You decide what's right for you here.
Every practice is opt-in.
You will never be expected to share something because everyone else did.
You don't have to cry.
You don't have to tell your deepest story.
You don't have to be vulnerable on command.
You get to notice your own yes and no and practice trusting it.
This is about real life.
We're interested in Wednesday.
When your mother calls.
When work needs one more thing.
When somebody is disappointed.
When your body says no and the familiar yes is already halfway out of your mouth.
You will leave with practical ways to recognize when you're disappearing again and come back to yourself.
What you could leave with
A way to catch yourself disappearing on an ordinary Wednesday, before the next yes slips out
IFS practices you'll actually use in the car, in the kitchen, in the pause before you answer
Two full days of hearing your own answer without anyone else's needs drowning it out
A circle of women who get it, because they've been holding it all together too
Give yourself something different.
You don't have to decide whether you're ready for the retreat today.
Join the waitlist and you'll receive the application first, along with access to the founding rate.

Applications help us create a group where women can feel comfortable being real without getting lost in a crowd.

Who is in the room matters more than how many.Â

Coming from out of town?
The retreat is approximately 40 minutes from Denver and about an hour from Denver International Airport.
You can arrive in Colorado Thursday if you'd rather not travel and retreat on the same day.
I'll send hotel recommendations and can connect women arriving at similar times who would like to coordinate transportation.
You get to discover who you are when nobody in the room already has a role for you to play.
This is for you if...
- Your life looks pretty good and something still feels off.
- You're deeply self-aware, but understanding your patterns hasn't always changed them.
- You catch yourself biting your tongue or saying yes to be agreeable.
- You consider other people's reactions before your own desires.
- You're capable and ambitious, but you're tired of proving your worth.
- You want more joy, freedom, creativity, pleasure, or aliveness.
- You want to trust yourself more.
- You're tired of editing yourself to stay acceptable.
A note about fitThis is a coaching and personal-development retreat, not therapy or crisis treatment.
If you're currently in acute crisis or need clinical care, this won't be the right container. The application process helps us make sure the experience is appropriate for everyone involved.
Finally feel like yourself again.
You don't need to become less caring.
Less sensitive.
Less ambitious.
Less generous.
You don't have to care less about the people you love.
You just don't have to keep leaving yourself out of the equation.
Applications open November 6.
Waitlist members receive access November 4 + the founding rate.
Joining takes 30 seconds. You'll get a welcome email from me today, and the application on November 4. Joining doesn't commit you to anything.
Your questions, answered honestly
I don't have time for this right now.
This feels like one more thing on my plate.
I don't have the money right now.
It feels selfish to spend this on myself.
I'm not sure I can get away from my family.
How do I tell my spouse?
Who's leading this?
Is this your first retreat?
What actually happens all weekend?
Do I have to share, cry, or be vulnerable?
Will this actually stick once I'm home?
Will I share a room with a stranger?
What if I sign up and something comes up?
Is this therapy?
Not sure if this is for you?
Book a 15-20 minute call with me. No pitch, just a real conversation about whether this weekend fits where you are right now.
