You have planned every good weekend anyone in your life has ever had.
Two nights in the Colorado foothills where nobody needs anything from you.
January 22 to 24, 2027
Forty minutes from Denver
Ten women
You're the one who notices.
You notice when the room goes quiet. You notice who didn't get asked. You notice the thing that's about to go wrong three days before it does, and you handle it, and nobody knows you handled it. Your family runs on you. Your work runs on you. You are the emergency contact, the planner, the one who remembers.
And when you're the one who falls apart, nobody arrives.
So you don't fall apart. You manage it. You've gotten so good at managing it that people tell you how well you're doing, and you smile, and something in you goes further underground.
Here is what it actually costs.
You say yes when you mean no.
Then you're short with your kid over nothing. Cold with your partner and you couldn't say why if someone asked. You make a comment with an edge on it and spend the rest of the evening managing the fallout you caused.
You've been told you're impatient. Reactive. Critical. Too sensitive. Too much.
And you believed it. You added every one of those words to the running list of things that are wrong with you, and you've apologized for all of them.
Here's what nobody has told you. Those aren't character flaws. That's anger with nowhere to go.
Not the kind you'd recognize. You'd probably say you don't really get angry, and in a way that's true, because you've never once been allowed to. You learned early that your anger cost other people something, so you stopped having it anywhere it could be seen. Including by yourself.
It didn't go anywhere. It just comes out sideways, and then you punish yourself for the leak.
And somewhere in the last few years, you met a version of yourself you liked.
Clear, capable, awake. You thought you'd finally arrived.
Then a parent got sick, or a season got heavy, or someone needed you, and she went quiet. You stopped the practices. You let the pile get deeper because looking at it cost more than ignoring it.
You decided she wasn't real.
She was real. You have just never had one single place that could hold her when everyone else got loud.
What this is
Two nights in the Colorado foothills. Ten women.
Someone else has chosen the food, made the beds, set the music, planned the pace, thought about the lighting, and left room in the schedule for you to do nothing.
You will not be asked to make it nice for anyone.
You'll do real work, and it's the kind that changes how you handle Wednesday, not the kind that gives you a feeling that fades by Thursday. It's IFS informed, structured, and specific. You'll leave with actual tools, because you have processed this for years and you still do the same thing every time.
You decide what's right for you here.
Every practice is opt in. Nothing is mandatory. You will never be the woman sitting in a circle sharing something because everyone else did. You have spent your entire life overriding yourself to keep a room comfortable. That is the exact habit we're interrupting, so it is not going to be the price of admission.
What's included
Ten seats, by application, because who is in the room matters more than how many. A $400 deposit holds your place.
Coming from out of town?
Several women are flying in. Denver International is about an hour from the property and the drive is simple.
Arrive any time Friday afternoon, or come in Thursday night if you'd rather not travel and arrive on the same day. I'll send a short list of places to stay near the airport, and I'll connect women arriving on similar flights so you can share a ride if you want one.
You do not need to know anyone here. Most of the women won't.
And there's something specific about arriving from out of state. Nobody in that room has ever met the version of you that everyone at home expects. You don't have to be her for the weekend, because no one there is looking for her.
Whether this is yours
It probably is if
It isn't if
You're in acute crisis or you need clinical care right now. This is coaching, not therapy. If that's where you are, I'll tell you honestly on our call and point you somewhere better.
The waitlist goes first
Applications open November 6. Women on the waitlist get them two days early, at the founding rate, before the page goes out to anyone else.
