IFS COACHING FOR WOMEN ยท DENVER AND ONLINE
IFS Coaching for High-Achieving Women Who Are Tired of Holding Everything Together
You're the one everyone counts on. The one who remembers the birthdays, smooths over the tension, and says "I'm fine" before anyone finishes asking.
What if the part of you working this hard doesn't need fixing? What if it just needs to finally be heard?
Book a Free Connection CallMAYBE THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR
From the outside, you've got it handled.
Inside, it sounds more like this:
- You replay a conversation for days, wondering if you said something wrong.
- You say yes before you've even checked whether you want to.
- Someone is upset with you, and your whole body won't settle until it's fixed.
- You rest only after everything is done. And everything is never done.
- You can feel what everyone in the room needs, but you go blank when someone asks what you want.
None of this means you're broken. It means a part of you learned, a long time ago, that being easy to love was the safest thing you could be. That part has been working overtime ever since.
Why mindset work and boundary scripts haven't stuck
You've read the books. You know the scripts. You could probably coach a friend through this better than most coaches could.
And then your mom calls, or your boss sends that email, and the old pattern takes over before you can stop it.
That isn't a willpower problem. The part of you that over-functions isn't listening to logic. It's protecting you. Until that part feels understood and safe enough to soften, it will keep doing its job. IFS is how we get to know it.
THE APPROACH
What is IFS coaching?
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a way of understanding yourself as made up of different parts, each with its own job, feelings, and history. It was developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, and it rests on one simple, hopeful idea: there are no bad parts.
The part of you that people-pleases. The inner critic. The one that can't stop planning for everything that could go wrong. Each one is trying to protect you. Underneath them is what IFS calls Self: the calm, curious, compassionate center of who you are. It's still there, even if it's been a long time since you felt it.
In IFS coaching, we slow down and get curious about those parts together. Instead of fighting them or trying to make them go away, you learn to listen to them, understand what they're protecting, and lead from Self. That's where real self-trust comes from.
How we'll work together
My coaching brings together three things I'm trained in, so you get the deep inner work and real change in your everyday life.
IFS parts work
We get to know the parts of you that over-function, people-please, and criticize, and help them trust that they don't have to carry everything anymore.
Energy Leadership
Using the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment, we look at how you show up under stress compared to how you show up at your best, so you can see your patterns clearly and without judgment.
Boundaries rooted in self-trust
Not scripts to memorize. Boundaries that come from knowing what you need and trusting yourself enough to honor it, even when someone is disappointed.
What becomes possible
- You can let someone be upset with you and still feel okay.
- You say no without writing a three-paragraph explanation.
- You notice what you need before you're running on empty.
- Your inner critic gets quieter, and kinder.
- Rest stops feeling like something you have to earn.
- You feel like yourself again. Not the version of you that's easiest for everyone else.
This is for you if...
- You look successful on the outside and feel depleted on the inside.
- You were the responsible one growing up, and you still are.
- You're tired of managing everyone else's feelings at the cost of your own.
- You want to understand why you do what you do, not just collect more tips to stop.
- You're ready to go deeper than mindset.
IFS coaching vs. IFS therapy
They use the same model, but they aren't the same thing. Coaching focuses on the present and on where you want to go. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you're in crisis or working through significant trauma, a licensed IFS therapist is the right place to start, and coaching can be a supportive companion alongside that work.
Not sure which fits? That's exactly what the connection call is for.
NICE TO MEET YOU
Hi, I'm Raina.
IFS Practitioner | ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) | Energy Leadership Master Practitioner
I grew up as a deeply sensitive child who learned to read the room, anticipate what everyone needed, and be whoever felt easiest to love. That pattern followed me into adulthood. I looked capable and composed, even when I didn't feel that way inside.
Eventually, holding it all together cost too much. I had to learn to listen to myself with the same care I'd always given everyone else. IFS is a big part of how I did that, and it's why I do this work now.
I'm based in Denver, Colorado, and I coach women across the country online. I also host the She Rises Moon Circles here in Denver.
What clients say about working with me

Anthia, Real Estate Broker
"I have a lightness that I haven't felt in a very long time. Parts work is very freeing. It works in the corporate environment too."
Judy, Executive
"I trust myself now. I don't need constant reassurance. This didn't just change how I handle stress. It changed how I relate to myself and the people I love."
Patricia, Executive
"This was the first program that showed me what was actually happening inside me. I feel grounded, less resentful, and more confident saying what I need."
Charlotte, CFO
"I didn't realize how much of my life was being run by survival until I saw my ELI results. I stopped judging myself and started understanding myself. I feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned than I have in years."
Stephanie, Business Coach
"Raina truly turned my career and personal life around. I thought I needed a mentor but I really needed to trust myself. Raina helped me remove those roadblocks."
Julie, Executive
