Raina Garner is an IFS Practitioner, ICF Professional Certified Coach, and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner who helps women stop abandoning themselves and start trusting the wisdom within.
Through her work as the founder of Raina Garner Coaching and the creator of She Rises Moon Circle, Raina holds deeply nourishing spaces where women can exhale, feel seen, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been buried under over-giving, perfectionism, and trying to hold it all together.
